Subscription Policy

At Tap With ZiT (Owned & Managed by Zankhi Technolabs), we want you to have full control over your recurring purchases and pre-orders.

1. Cancellation Policy

Some items or services in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy option. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of ongoing or future purchases.

2. Managing Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries or continued access to services. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you selected at checkout.

Billing & Auto-RenewalYour payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries or billing cycles automatically, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.

How to CancelIf you don’t want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order portal. You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription directly from there.

3. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our immediate inventory.

  • We may collect no payment, or a partial deposit, at checkout.
  • We securely store your payment method.
  • We then fulfill and charge the full (or remaining) payment at a future date when the item is ready to ship.

Pre-Order Cancellations: You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled and shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a return or refund according to our standard Returns Policy.
